You can deactivate your account at any time. Once deactivated, your account will no longer be accessible, but you may choose to reactivate it within 90 days.
Your data will be stored for 90 days after deactivation for backup and auditing purposes. After this period, it will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
If you request deletion, all your account data will be permanently erased. Once deleted, it cannot be recovered, and all associated services will be terminated.
Any wallet balance or subscription charges are non-refundable. Please manage your balance before deactivating your account.
Any payment or transaction disputes will be handled within your wallet. You can raise disputes for unpaid shipments, but they must be resolved through the platform.
You may still receive invoices for unpaid or updated shipments even after deactivating your account. Payment of these invoices is required.
QTExpress reserves the right to update this policy. You will be notified of any changes, and continuing to use the service means you accept the updated terms.
If we find that your account is involved in any fraudulent activity, we may deactivate it. Any fraudulent actions could lead to the loss of your wallet balance and other consequences.
